Here today. Gone tomorrow. Why is that?
And why is it that so many people who are romanced by fitness trackers and fancy apps ultimately give up, get bored and shove them in the back of the drawer?
Maybe it’s beacuse these brands forgot to consider a basic truth about human nature. All of us are composites with at least two different sides. And harnessing the power of all parts of ourselves is the key to real change.

So what does flossing your teeth have to do with fitness? Well a lot actually. Who we are today and who we will become tomorrow isn’t so much the sum of big moments, as it is a sum of all the little decisions we make though the day. And those decisions are controlled by our habits...some good and some not so good. Sure, you can picture better versions of yourself and like all of us, you’d love to get there. So what’s holding you back? What stops you from becoming the person you truly want to be: motivated, energized, and hitting on all cylinders?
Well it starts with simple awareness and it is something we call YOO moments. The little moments we encounter routinely throughout our daily lives when we choose to be the NEW YOO or the OLD YOO. Start looking for the YOO moments in your life and you’ll begin to realize how easy it is to change you.
